Jennifer Sewell16 October 2024We absolutely love our pool! We wanted a pool that was a bit larger than what most folks go with and Landis designed it perfectly to fit the space outside and to allow for a resort feel while floating in the pool or soaking in the spa. The sun shelf is a great size - allowing for loungers while also allowing for additional sun chairs. Landis works with excellent partners to ensure the product is quality and all steps are met and in compliance along the way. Thank you for a job well done Landis!Posted on Google

Terrible. The tech spent 2 minutes from the time he parked, to the time he left. Did not brush my pool & did not test the water. I requested the day prior, and spoke with the office on the morning of the scheduled weekly service for the tech to talk to me when he was here, because the pool does not look good. He refused. Guilty. In response to the owners excuse of lightning, there was no lightning. In addition, this was the case with the technician 2 of the 5 times they serviced my pool.Posted on Google
Tyler LeBlanc13 July 2025We recently had our pool built by Landis Pools, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team was professional, efficient, and committed to delivering a high-quality product — and they absolutely delivered. A special thank you to Harrison Miller, who played a key role in making our vision come to life. Harrison was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer questions, kept us informed at every stage, and made sure every detail was handled with care. His knowledge and dedication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The final result is better than we could have imagined — our pool is beautiful, functional, and has completely transformed our backyard. We’ve already created so many great memories in it, and we’re looking forward to many more. If you’re thinking about building a pool, I highly recommend Landis Pools — and make sure you connect with Harrison Miller. You won’t be disappointed!Posted on Google
John Brannigan1 April 2026We had a fantastic experience with Landis from start to finish. They were incredibly attentive throughout the entire process, always taking the time to answer questions and make sure we felt comfortable with every decision. What really stood out with their communication and costs - they kept us updated at every stage, which is rare when talking with our neighbors, and the pricing was significantly better! The quality of the work speaks for itself, and it’s clear that they take pride in what they do. We were never treated like our pool was next in line, and we can confidently say that they outperformed the competition in service, cost, and results! We highly recommend to anyone looking to install a backyard paradise!Posted on Google
Lisa Beddigs22 September 2024After some hiccups with a former employee that is no longer there, Landis was able to make up for it and build our pool within 2 months. We even had a chiller added and have been able to enjoy cool water in the very hot summer months, which we love. We had some items left within our warranty to fix up before it was completely done, and Harrison was great to work with on it - he made sure all the items on the list were complete, and communicated every day with us. Great new hire for Landis!Posted on Google

dan jones17 April 2025Landis Pool did a wonderful job from start to finish. They were extremely knowledgeable and informative throughout the entire process. What I appreciated the most was the communicative nature of the entire staff, specifically, Melanie and Danny. They delivered on the established timeline, their commitments and promises made, both were truly exceptional. With so many pool companies, it can be a daunting task to choose a pool builder. I recommend Landis. I recommend a sit down with Melanie and Danny, it will alleviate concerns and instill confidence in a project that is very personal. They understand the financial commitment being made and delicately guide you through the process and hand hold until you are completely satisfied. A great company, a great team.Posted on Google

Karen Taylor17 June 2026Landis built our custom pool three years ago. We were very happy with the planning and build process. The contractors were professional and picky, most notably, the tile guys. We love the maintenance free Pentair system with the app for total control. We chose an oversized pool with a spa for year round use. It’s a perfect backyard oasis for entertaining and personal enjoyment. Thank you, Landis For a professional and stress-free experience.Posted on Google
