Job Description:
We are a Pool construction business seeking an Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our office operations and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Experience in the pool service industry is a bonus
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments
- Manage and maintain customer database and ensure accurate and timely billing
- Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely completion of service calls and follow-up with customers
- Order supplies and maintain inventory of office and cleaning supplies
Supervise administrative staff and provide training as needed - Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare reports and provide support for the senior management team
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in the pool service industry is a bonus
